Has anybody tried taking cuts of deer and cooking them like you would beef. Cutting steaks and stuff instead of getting them processed? Since a deer has basically the same cuts as beef but smaller. Any success or failure?

I enjoy Doe's but i will take Crawdads. Menu, Waitstaff, Liquor, Charcoal, and Atmoshpere. I can cook a broiled steak with a little salt and sit in my kitchen any night of the week. But to each their own.
