Did I read this wrong? You drive 6 hours to hunt...got there and you were told there were no birds AND if you didn't kill any you wouldn't be charged? So why did you not hunt? If I drove 6 hours and had an agreement that I didn't pay if I didn't kill I would have jumped all over that? People go ...

Also, keep in my that when I said I would take measures to get my money returned it had already been right at 2 weeks since I canceled and 2 promises to pay from him. I personally would not hold on to somebody else's money that long after I said I would ...

He told me via phone twice. I have never seen him face-to-face. NO physical threat was made. I never cussed, yelled, called names etc.

why isn't he?? what reason is he giving you for not refunding $$?? ....surely he didn't tell you "cuz i said so"...

He just wasn't paying me. His last verbal promise was that he would pay within 2 days. I told him he had 3 days and If I didn't get it then I would take steps to get it returned ...

I paid a $450 deposit for a guided snow goose hunt on 2/20/2012 and 2/21/2012. The night before the hunt, after my group had made a 6 hour drive to the hunt area, the guide(Kris Travis) called to tell me ...

I had this happen to me in the early 80's. I was unloading it in my truck because it was raining outside. I had the gun in the passenger seat pointing down toward the door. Click the safety off and BOOM! Shot a hole through my door and had a ringing in my ear for quite a while.
