that is great, I live in the Madison, and I don't have much room for him to train. any help would be great. week days are pretty much a bust as far as driving somewhere to train, but i am free most Saturdays and Sundays.

is there a retriever club in the Jackson area? or at least of group of people that meet up to train dogs? i have a 5 month old lab pup that i am training and would like to get him around some other dogs.

i bought an avery quick set.... i agree, cant beat it. It folds up nice, easy to use and sturdy. only problem i had with the thing is installing it. it says it take 2 hours, BULL!! the instruction manual is pretty bad, i would definitely suggest reading the entire manual before starting, or throwing ...

I just wanted to get some opinions on short reed goose calls for a beginner. i have called geese before, never with a short reed though... i was looking on line and Sean Mann has one for sale "express shorty" with a instructional DVD also... is the call worth having? or any other suggestions? thanks

Has anyone ever bought a dog from duck hill kennels outside of Memphis TN? I am looking into getting a British lab, and have heard nothing but good things about Robert Millner's training techniques and his dogs. just want to get some first hand advice if any of y'all have bought one? thanks
