I personally have a long barrel. :lol: Now my .444 has a short barrel and it groups very well at 100 yards. It was also bought as a .444.

Ross Barnett was built and designed by the Corps, but it is not operated by the Corps. A private entity is responsible for the operational aspect of the rez.

Barnett was also built strictly for water supply, not flood control.
