I just completed select cutting 50 acres of woods surrounded by fields. The woods will flood about 2 ft. beginning in Nov. and drying out by March. Is there anything that I can plant now to attract ducks during the season?
Thanks for the help

Ducks in the Delta??
I just returned from a day in Tallahatchie county. The weather has been perfect, the water levels are perfect, but there are just not the Ducks that should be in the area. Yes, there are some Ducks, but not what should be there given the past cold weather and water. I do not know what the ...

What is the Deal?
I have been hunting for more years that most of you are old and this is the worst year I have ever had in Tallahatchie county. Am I the only one not killing ducks? I do not even see any ducks flying in the area and yet I keep hearing of people having good hunts. I have seen some large flocks of Teal ...

Steel Master
I am retired with less money and more time. I was going to buy a Steel Master reloader for this season. Steel works great for me as we hunt over decoys and I can miss just as easily with steel as with expensive loads.
Please give me your opinions on reloading with steel with a steel master ...

I got the discounted ticket at Scunks which reduced the price to $13, but that was still too high for less of a show. It seems that everything DU is doing these days is becoming too commercialized. No one is raising prices on anything these days and DU should be no exception.

Any year that I can hunt 2 weeks with my son and friends is a 10 on my scale. We killed some ducks on almost every trip and the dogs got a workout. I do not need to limit out to have a great time. Quite honestly, if I kill 3 ducks we have a meal and that is enough for me. While the Mallards were in ...
