Yea, and make sure you stuff your sausage tight, you want the least amount of air bubbles you can get. If you try sausage with cheese spend the money and use chedder it will melt into your sausage instead of running out.

The slower the meat is smoked the better it will be but, make sure that it smokes fast enough that it doesn't take to long because you don't want the meat to spoil while it is waiting to smoke. Make sure you smoke it until it is dripping so that your spices and flavor will flow through the meat some ...

So Riverduck.....You are telling me that you "know your equiptment" and can "shoot your bow " well enough to NEVER hit a twig or NEVER pull a shot? And you are 100% ok with losing a game animal to nature. I promise that nature gets their share of deer. You are probably one of those that will shoot a ...

I shoot it for insurance purposes only. I don't plan on making a bad shot either but things happen sometimes and if you happen to make a poor shot then you will atleast respect the game enough to be able to find him and not let him walk around in the woods hurting like hell and eventaully dying and ...

I made some yesterday out of an old pair of carharts. I manage a concrete plant so the sand wasn't a problem to get but, it works perfect. I weighted down the lead sled with it.

This take 2 years or so to be noticed but, anything fertilized makes a difference. Even if you fertilize just to ...
