Re: What a Difference a Week Makes

Are you hunting over what they call a stock tank?

No, this morning we hunted over a 6 year old female yellar Lab and an 8 mo old male Labradoodle.

It's a actually an 11 acre wetlands that I created from a 1/4 acre stock tank six years ago.

Re: 870 Problems (2 Gun's)

Pretty typical problem for the 870 Express models. Remove the barrel and look carefully with a bright light from the chamber end. Re: Need willow removal suggestions

Because willows suck all of the water from smaller ponds and wetlands. In addition, their root system weakens the berms and can cause errosion and ultimate failure. Other than that, no reason.

Need willow removal suggestions

We bought land here in N TX 4 years ago and soon after began developing ponds and wetlands for dawg training and waterfowl hunting. We excavated down to clay and then used the removed dirt to build berms to contain the water. Everything has progressed well and each fall we are getting more birds as ...

Generally correct but varies by state. Most states require that the tenant RECORD the lease thereby ...

While it's true that the majortiy of sub-prime are under 620 FICO scores, I think that you folks are interchangeably using "Sub-Prime and Non-Conforming which is not correct.

One can be an 800+ FICO score borrower with strong deposit assets and still be a non-coforming borrower because of the ...

It appraised for more than my down payment over the loan amount. Like the example of $20k down it appraised for $23K over the loan amount.

Sorry, don't quite follow that.

If the home was purchased and appraised for $100,000, and you put $20,000 down, you did not need PMI. You may be enitled ...
