Re: Another Clinton robbery**Updated - got the thief on vide

The guy is carrying a gun. He is not just looking to steal something, he is prepared to kill to get it. That guy needs to be dead NOW, before he actually kills some kid or woman over a $300 laptop he probably won't get 50 bucks for.

Re: CWS tickets....

There will be plenty available from scalpers. They were pricy but not horrible. I don't know how it is now, but the general admission seats in the outfield sucked. After sitting there for the first game we bought tickets for seats right by first base and it was well worth the $60 a piece(probably ...

Re: Germany

When I was over there most businesses were closed for lunch, even the grocery stores. Don't plan on doing a lot on Sundays, they close then too, even the restaurants. I'll go along with the beer, but the bread is good too.

Re: The Bible on History channel

I understand that we are all God's people, and I agree. I just don't believe in all this "politically correct" crap that is meant to brainwash and homogenize the population. If assumptions are made on a supposedly accurate depiction of Samson, the assumption of him being black is a very long reach ...

Re: The Bible on History channel

I've read the bible numerous times and I think we could never know that. He could have been from those tribes and been black. We could never know that and the bible never mentions that to us

With that logic, we could assume that Jesus was black. I do believe that blacks at the time were ...

Re: The Bible on History channel

I had a conversation about this the other day. I think that that was an actor playing Samson who happened to be black. It's 2013, we shouldn't consider skin color when watching a "historically correct" documentary on the Bible.(sarcasm)

His father was from the tribe of Dan and his mother, the ...

.22 rimfire

I don't understand the run on .22's. I can see where someone might think that .223/.556 might become hard to get, but .22's. Heck, they even let them shoot that in England. The local 4H shooting team is having trouble finding it to practice, so I am giving them a couple of bricks. Hey, if any of you ...

Re: Jackson gun show

I work the shows, I sell a gun or 2 and some other stuff (No tactical stuff or ammo). I saw a guy pay $2800 for a DPMS. M&P 22's are a grand. Tell you the truth, I wish I had bought everyone Walmart had. I'd doubled my money and still be 1/2 price. Ammo is crazy too, it's just nuts right now. The ...

Re: What would y'all do?

The whole point of the thing was that the police are suppose to protect and serve. They work for us, the tax payers. The guy saw me put my seat belt on and that's the ONLY reason he wrote me a ticket. If I hadn't remembered to put the thing on, he wouldn't have even thought about it. He was plain ...

Re: What would y'all do?

I am going to discuss it with the Mayor Monday morning. The guy was just being a butt. Worse case scenario, he should have given me a warning. I bet there are 40 old guys around here that don't even know what a seat belt is. This isn't the first shenanigans from the PPD or the good people of Puckett ...

What would y'all do?

This morning I was having trouble with my weedeater. I bought a Echo (don't). Anyway, on my third trip to town to get some new gas, I tried everything else. I left the gas station and was deep in thought about what could be wrong with the Echo(don't), I forgot to put my seat belt on. I saw a proud ...

Re: Let's talk quail and quail dogs

The guy I know sells puppies for 250-300, and they are line bred. I would expect you could find a good puppy for under 500. Started they run 1000-1500. That's for a hunting line, I also know someone that might be able to help with a setter.

I did tons of research before I decided on my first GSP ...
