Duckmen,
How long ago did that take place? I was surprised that it did not take over a year.

Yes I did Judge. That won't happen twice to this redneck .
DD I sold the gun to him the week before dove season this past Aug.
The check came back within the week and I gave it to the worthless check people the next day.
I used every resource I had to find this guy and through it all my contacts came through. The nut had his SSN on his drivers license so I used that to track him. I found out who was paying into his SS I was able to find who he was working for. All comes around to those that are determined.
Once found it was simply a matter of getting the warrant sent to the county where he was working with a address to pick him up.
Sad thing is that I did that back before Christmas and figured he had gotten away when I heard nothing about it. Things move slow in the legal system and I feel that it is because they are overloaded with crap like this all the time.
No big deal now that I got my money back. And a big thank you to the Worthless check group for getting it back.

Glad you finally got it Duckmen. They have some I turned over to the 6-8 months ago, that I'm still waiting on. Don't know if it's cause I am a business or not but on non sufficent check I have to send certified letters, wait 14 days before I can turn it over to them. Had one a few years ago that actually took me 3 years to collect $800 but least i finally got it. ![Cool 8)](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)
