Avery walk-in dog stand....JUNK!!!

Last year about mid-December I was hunting my dog off an Avery double duty dog stand in the timber and the bottom platform broke smooth off. It was a couple years old so I didn't think much about it and after hunt was over stopped by sportsmans warehouse on the way in and picked up an Avery walk-in stand. It was never used the rest of duck season. Took it out of box about 3 weeks ago trying to get pup back in shape for season and guess what? It broke in the very same place yesterday! My little female weighs 50lbs soaking wet, that shouldn't b an issue. Ofcourse I didn't keep receipt like a dummy and now trying to figure out which direction to head as far as atleast getting a store credit back at the warehouse. Any suggestions with them or with Avery? And has anybody else had these issues?.... Btw yes I have old climbing deer stands just don't like the twisting on tree and weight. Any help is appreciated.

Buy a sportsstand and forget about it forever! By far the most user friendly, dependable stand I've owned!

The Avery outlet is in Memphis. You ought to give them a call and see if they will do anything about it

Yes I'm aware of the Avery warehouse in Memphis. I just figured if I went by there they would either A. Tell me they would have to ship it off or B. give me a new one......A. Doesn't help me right now and B doesn't help me in the long run cause I don't want another piece of junk. I'm hoping Spotsmans will cooperate and I can just get a store credit. I appreciate everybody's input and hate bashing Avery products but junk is junk
