I have the Drake and between the two I would go back with the big ditch. Seeing how you may want to keep in shape those Drakes will be perfect. I have gotten older and fatter, so I try to avoid any extra effort. Those dam drakes will kick your booty on a long walk in a rice field. I do like them in flooded timber.

Purchased a pair of the EST this year opening day both shoulder straps ripped out the back. They said they would replace them but I would be charged for another pair until they received my pair then I would receive my credit back. When this is done I'll never own another pair.

Just go buy ya some goop and be done with it rub it on the inside and outside of the leak and you are good to go, and its much cheaper. I have no idea on new I had a pair of Lacross and they didn't last long so I stick with Macks. Just thought I would put that other option out there for ya.
Damn, i thought I had that one

Is that buddy of yours tryin to blow that call or make love to it?

Good deal... I was debating on gettin them due to looking real faded out. But if they got good color to em I'm gonna order a pair. The drakes are jus a lil too high. I did find a website that had good deals on waterfowl gear. Texasfowlers.com

being that it is printed on that tough outer fabric that the neoprene has, the pattern is not real "clear" but it has good color...i think you will be pleased

Rice,

I have the Drake LSTs and last year they started leaking at the end of the season. I called Drake, got a return number, shipped them off and had new ones within a week. I was impressed with their service.

I got 8 years of HARD use out of some Rockys with the kevlar patches. They were the best waders ever made. I have had some Brushtuffs and they leaked in the crotch after 2 years, and I gooped 'em. They are still going. Next pair will be Cabelas.
