Registration Questions

Questions for you guys.I know that it is possible to UKC register a dog as long as the dog is already AKC registered but my questions are.

1.) Is it possible to UKC register a dog that is already AKC and the dog's puppies be eligible for UKC registration?
2.) Is it possible to AKC register a dog that is UKC registered?

You have up to one year to AKC reg a pup if both parents are AKC reg. You do not need an AKC reg on you dog to reg them UKC but more paperwork and pictures will have to be done. If both parents are reg UKC or AKC that would help
