Never heard of it but it sounds dangerous.

I just did a google search and see Cabelas carries them. IMO, You would be better off getting Bert Fleming to custom build you a boat blind. The Banded Axe Blind looked kind of flimsy to me.

Kinda thought it was settled.

Plus if you do a google search, there's 2 YouTube videos from Banded about their blind. One is marketing hype - the other is 2 guys trying to figure-out how to assemble the thing.........about 45 minutes worth.

Bert's will be much sturdier as others have said.

I think there are a few pics floating around in cyber space but they really don't do them any justice. Bert's design was copied by Avery but the main difference is that Bert's blinds are custom made to fit your boat. No bolted together one fits all telescoping BS like the Avery blind. Bert does not advertise. He doesn't have to. His blinds are ALL welded. The product he puts out is hands down better than anything you will order out of a damn Cabelas catalog. Bert's blinds will last a lifetime and will even out last the boat you put it on. You will not meet a more honest person that stands behind his product than Bert Fleming.

Amen to that mark, I would not even consider another blind other than fleming's
