Just buy a flextone call. Sounds like a gadwall to me anyway. I do like my single reed flextone. You can squeeze that sucker to make it sound like a gadwall.

I think that Duck Commander makes one. Or just make the sound on a mallard call.

Got one for Christmas and actually sounds a lot like a gadwall. I have used it a few times while hunting over a mix of mallard and gadwall decoys and have found it actually helps. Mallard calls weren't turning some ducks heads but a quiet gadwall call did (and actually the mallards and gadwalls in). It's long and ugly but seems to work pretty well for skittish ducks. Just my .02 worth.

I agree with skycarp...you can usually make the sound with a mallard call.

I modified a Haydel's cut-down version of the DR-85.......shave the tone channel and shorten the reed on the tone board to where it's high-pitched and it sounds pretty-close to a hen gadwall. They give the same basic call as the hen mallard but with 2 regular quacks and 3 short, fast quacks.......somewhere between a suzie and a BW teal.

Haydell's makes a pretty good one for the "beep." I just use a hen mallard call since I don't like all that stuff jangling around my neck.

I have the Haydel's call, works well, but like Gulfcoast the less crap around my neck the better. So...I figured out how to get the sound out of my regular call.

- Everyone has the little 6n1 wistle right? To make a mallard drake sound you say "wheat" or "oat" into the call. Say this as deep as possible and push as little air as possible.

- Take your regular mallard hen call. Echo Timber for me. Lay one of your fingers across the end of the insert. You are trying to choke of most but not all or the airflow. Now make your "wheat" sound. Way more voice than air. Your trying to vibrate the reed without pushing alot of air across it. Practice enough and you just drop one finger down and get that "tat-tat" sound with out have to fumble for another call.

- For a hen Grey Duck just choke down on your mallard call almost but not quite to a teal screech. Then speed it up.
