Ones i looked at for Orange Beach were about 700 bucks for 4 hours i believe i looked into few months back. All the prices i found are consistant with others it seemed. Lots of info on the net most places have websites with rates posted.

Most party boats down there run between 50-75 for a 4-6 hour trip. Party means large boat with other people where kids can drive the boat and stuff.
May the wind always be at your back and the sun upon your face, and may the wings of destiny carry you aloft to dance with the stars.
Cheers, Georgie.

if your son has never been offshore fishing, please get some bonine for seasickness. There is nothing worse than spending that money and your son ends up puking the entire trip... Been there, done that..

Bonine doesn't make you sleepy like dramamine.

With consideration to the dismal snapper season limits, if you come between late May and late July, id recommend an inshore trout trip. Pretty good chance of catching plenty of fish and sea sickness is less of an issue. Along with catching fish, most of the guides in the Mobile Bay area are very personal and will nurture your sons appreciation for being on the water.
