Like for legal documents and such?

US Legal forms is a locally(MS) owned company that I can vouch for.

Do you perform your own surgery after looking at surgical videos on Youtube?

Outside of a pretty litigious situation, I think for standard forms that get "drawn up" such as home closings, wills, deeds, and the like which are composed on fill in the blank form letters, exactly like on these sites(Ive checked the verbage), I see no need for some esquire to charge me $400-$500 to have a para legal fill in the same blanks as I can. I currently have a couple that have been waiting for 3 months to close on a piece of property because someone typed an incorrect descption way back when and the deeds are all messed up.

And I have seen multi-million dollar estate issues because someone thought a "form service" would cover what they were doing versus having an attorney do it. Pick your poison.

Considering that home closings and wills are some of the most significant transactions of many people's lives, relying on a "standard form" that may not have even been drafted by a Mississippi attorney is fraught with peril. For instance, executing a will is pretty simple, executing one incorrectly is also pretty simple, and it voids the will. I have seen on-line irreconcilable differences divorce pleadings that were not valid - and which led to very unhappy pro se (do-it-yourself) divorce parties when the judge refused to grant the divorce - meaning they had to hire me to clean up the mess.

So someone recommend a good Intellectual Property Attorney to help get a Trademark registered?

Word on the street is that a certain local fireman can write you one up for $50.

there are times where the basic forms will work, other times you need someone who knows what they are doing to guide you.

this is true with legal matters and financial matters...

the problem is.... knowing where that line is.

I guess you can build your own house, and repair your own air conditioning system too.
Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, count to ten, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you wouldn't look good in prison stripes... and just smile at that dumbass and walk away.

Or worse yet the judgment is signed by the court, but actually void.
