Outside of a pretty litigious situation, I think for standard forms that get "drawn up" such as home closings, wills, deeds, and the like which are composed on fill in the blank form letters, exactly like on these sites(Ive checked the verbage), I see no need for some esquire to charge me $400-$500 to have a para legal fill in the same blanks as I can. I currently have a couple that have been waiting for 3 months to close on a piece of property because someone typed an incorrect descption way back when and the deeds are all messed up.
Vickers, that's $400-$500/HOUR for my paralegal to fill in the blanks and then have me look over it while I surf MSDUCKS!
