I am not sure what's worse a fellow trying to lease a gar hole for a lot of money or a fool that will pay for it. I just saw a post on Facebook of maybe the worst property in my home county for 100 a acre. $#!+ like this is what drove farm rent out the roof and hunting rent. Sorry rant over

I saw that too. Couldnt help but laugh. The same guys who rent that place will be on here in January talking about how its been the worst duck season ever in the MS delta since they paid 8k for a hole and didnt kill squat.

It really is comical hwy 3 the city limits, the black church. If I was a out of stater and paid 8 grand for that someone would be sorry.

Dang, we thought we got a great deal at $8000, split it 25 ways it only came out to $320 apiece.

I am interested in purchasing duck calls that were made by Mike McLemore. I am a family member and they have a sentimental value.
