Ask DS 338 Lapua ammo.

What kind of ammo is everyone using? I bought the gun and didn't realize their were so many manufacturers. With the ammo being pretty expensive I figured some of you guys had some recommendations.

Check barrel twist to make sure you get the appropriate weight bullet. Probably want to find a friend who reloads.

Can't imagine having a rifle with that chambering and not hand loading.

Might want to check with the folks a Dixie Precision. They do custom load development.
