Problems with winchester super X2?

Postby kaustin » Wed Jan 12, 2005 12:24 pm

I wanted to start a different thread for this. What problems have you/friend had with this gun. I know from the other post what guns everyone likes. Just wanted to hear about problems with this particular one if any.

Love mine, only problems I have had is ejecting cheap shells. But it had gotten pretty dry as far as oil goes, once I sprayed a littl erem oil, the problem went away. Other than that, it's an awesome gun.

thanks, keep um coming. The best way I know to evaluate a gun is to ask for negative feedback and if you don't get a lot, it's a good one.

Got mine around 99-2000. Have enjoyed the gun, but it has a problem now with barely hitting the primer and not firing the shell. Been shot ALOT through 4-5 dove season, alot of skeet shoots, duck hunting, goose hunting..... Any help with this situation woulfdd be appreciated.

I have two and the only problem I have had is missing ducks every now and then. Been right on 'em, had a good lead, pull the trigger and nothing falls. Can't figure it out! Any suggestions?

Gator Hater has one and the only problem he has with his is he has to keep it real clean or it will hang up and it won't eject 3 1/2" shells all the time.
