Having hunted with Torch and Josey for most of my life, I will agree with Torch 100%. As for Cotten, if the hunitng we do is to hard or the words to harsh keep your butt at home and hunt your little hole with you magic dog. Torch just retired one of the best labs that I have every had the honor to hunt with and I will probably never see another one like her.

I'm glad you've calmed down a bit :D , but you must have forgtten:

i guess you think it is smart to spend 100000 plus to go kill some ducks but you probaly buy "BEARDED CLAM" too . i think you need to stick to knowing about the res and going to the dock because grown folks are talking about stuff you have no clue about . i

forgot more about killing ducks then you will ever know city boy fag!!!

i bet none of the guys in fb could build a blind or make it on their own with out someone else doing part of it for them

Funny how some things slip your mind...

No one EVER said you were not a good duck hunter, most of us wouldn't know bc of never hunting with you...

Lighten up a bit and enjoy the site...You sound like an expereienced hunter thay many of us may learn something from..

it has been puzzling me since last night if we had 2 computer in my house because the way it looks my wife is mallardchaser. she would rather argue about the sky being blue than to admitting i am right . i never said i was acused of not being a good hunter or whatever i ws just stating that i have been hunting alot longer than most i know on here about 22 yrs with one of the greatest i ever new- my dad- and we did really kill them back then and you did not have all the hassles you have now. hunting on the point system and stuff like that was the worst thing you faced but those were some of the best days of my life and now you got someone on every other hole or trying to buy you out>!!

I think you guys have it all wrong. I really enjoy hunting with my friend Hambone up at his place. It's him who's always taking the beating while driving the Go-Devil boat, not me. It's a welcome break from the wear and tear on my shoulder to get to "ride" in his boat for a change.

In fact, the last time I hunted there, three of us just strolled up in a favorite shooting hole of another club member at about 7 am. Decoys were already out, dual mojo's were powered up, and the vortex was fully assembled and already vortexing some Gadwall when we showed up. We even had a three course breakfast cooked for us, to boot. All we did was showed up to try to shoot as many of the 36 ducks as we possibly could that morning.

The only person who really had to do any work that day was my dog, the squealer, who had to pick up all 36 by herself that morning.

Man you guys have it all wrong. Why would you NOT want to hunt that way?

Drake slayer, every rice field I ever hunted that had birds working it, the ducks just pored in and we shot the crap out of them. No calling was required, muddy the water a bit, drain a deak or two, and get in the pit or the blind. It basically baited, no its full on baited. It was fun but i felt slighted and a little cheap. Kinda like getting off a prostitute. It was sex but it sucked. Call it hunting if you want but I call it shooting.
