Beretta still makes them. They are about as nice as you'll find at a moderate price. I don't know what your price range is, but there are cheap brands out there if you want one >$1000.

Out of everyones price range but they are some pieces of work.

The production beretta sxs that I know of are going to be in the 4k range.

ruger made a gold label if you can find one on gunbroker or something that may be less expensive (still in the 3k range)

My granddad always shot a LC Smith and it was a good shooting little gun and I am sure they can be found.

Stoeger at one of the box stores will cost you about 500

My father-in-law owns a Citori 20ga SxS. Very cool gun. Nothing overall amazing about it, but it's unique. I bug him from time to time that my 2 year old son would love it. But I'm competing with his 3 sons, and it's an uphill battle.

I second the opinion on the Browning bas. There are always a few nice used ones available. They run about 1400-2000 tops. Most are lightly used, and they are well built and shoot well.
After that, the only limit is your wallet. Hard to find anything south of 4 grand, and easy to find guns worth ten times that much.
