There's a reason we teach our kids to not play in the street and look both ways before crossing.

To me the situation can be summed up in 2 points:

1) Kid should have stayed in his car

2) Stewart did not mean to run him under his back tire

So the verdict is in. There will not be any charges and the Ward kid was high on marijuana. Wonder if all of the talking heads wanting murder charges will apologize now? Sad deal all around, but it goes to show you that we are best to keep are mouths shut before placing the blame. Flip the script and the Ward guy kills another driver / kid / person / track offical, and its a totally different ball game.
