I agree. And I have been called a computer nazi by several people. My boss included. But, if me being a nazi by not letting you install weatherbug when ever you want, means I don't have to spend 2 nights with little to no sleep fixing something that you did, guess what I am going to choose.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

Tommy: [Trying to copy his father's quote] Hey, I'll tell you what. You can get a good look at a butcher's as$ by sticking your head up there. But, wouldn't you rather to take his word for it?

Mr. Brady, Customer: [confused] What? I'm failing to make the connection here.

Tommy: No, I mean is, you can get a good look at a T-bone by sticking your head up a butcher's ass... No, wait. It's gotta be your bull.

My current employer has launched this phishing awareness campaign where they send suspicious emails with links inside. You click the link and it sends you to a site saying you failed for the test and that you need to read the policies. I suppose if you had multiple offenses the actions maybe more severe.

Off course I have only heard of what happens when you click the link.

This is apparently how most everyone views attachments and links. "Meh, looks legit, wtf why not"
