Diversified railcar out of Camden Ark.
Have seen them used on big clear span crossings. You can hire a contractor to set (build) concrete end bents to set it on. You can then pour concrete surface on it and then weld guard rails onto the sides.
Consider some grade stabilization under it (rock riprap).Also how much drainage area is upstream......how flashy is the stream.....is it stable......is it unraveling.....etc,etc.
Most general contractors can handle this.
