Depends on several variables such as layout of yard, amount of bed space vs grass, ability to plow or trench, amount of obstacles and underground utilities. Connecting to a water meter or well (design/gpm). Does your municipality require a backflow if on city water?

That being said, without knowing anything about your property, I would say around 4 to 5 k.

Yard is pretty bare. Previous owners installed separate irrigation meter but never installed irrigation system. I figured $4-5K. And I have no idea what you are talking about when you mentioned the backflow deal ha.
