Having a 6 year old and a 4 year old....I can't wrap my brain around how somebody can do this?

Sad. Gut-wrenching. God took in a precious angel, but I hate the child's father caused it. The officer that witnessed it will need our prayers. Witnessing such an event would be hard to overcome.
