I will be there Friday night and staying the weekend for all that wants to come join in with us. We going to do BBQ this yr instead of the Crawfish. There will be door prizes to give out and we doing a big ride after we eat. Bring your mud boats, jon boats, pontoons, Ski boats, Air boats, whatever it hasn't got to be a duck boat. Last yr was a all out blast. Hopefully this yr will be even better. Anyone want to sponsor or help with anything get up with me.

Blake pls post some directions to the sandbar for those of us who weren't there last year. i.e north or south of ratliff, north or south of eddies island, in no wake zone?, ect...

It needs to be at houseboat. That little island in the curve is small and horrible on wake traffic.

Sounds good. I agree possibly moving to another spot. Just my recommendation going north of Ratliff to first "Leave No Wake" zone and first sandbar on right it's big and plenty of room for everybody and anybody with different size boats. We go there all summer long with kids and with out kids. Don't have to worry about boats getting swamped by boat wakes too. This sandbar is one rite before Eddies Island on right for those who might know area. No matter where u do it I am there it was fun and good to meet sum folks

Reason I put it on the Buzzard Island was bc I was told you couldnt camp out or put tents on that sand bar house boat. Anyone know how true that is?

You can camp you just can't have a permanent shelter. Your fine to camp for the weekend.

You also have to have a WMA permit to be on houseboat...it is in the pearl river mgt area and if you do not have a permit...they will ask you to leave
