Metro Area House Rental

I recently found out I got a residency position at UMC so I will be moving back home after graduation and a few years in the NYC area. I was looking to see if anybody has any leads on rental properties in the Metro area. My girlfriend is a teacher and is trying to move if she can find a job, and I will be on a residents salary so we were looking for a decent price. Any help would be appreciated.

Is Brandon an area of interest? I've two houses with signs in the front yard advertising they were for lease. One is in the historic area and the other is on Hwy 80 near the east Brandon exit.

Im honestly open to most anywhere as long as its reasonably priced and safe. Thanks! I'll try to look into them.
