I ended up getting two sacks from Tbeauxs and they were great. Will be going back.

Coming from a coonass in South LA, the old pour salt on crawfish to purge is just wasting salt. To purge crawfish, it takes time (read days) and lots of freshwater circulating to flush a crawfish. Now, one thing that I cannot stand in a sack of crawfish is twigs and bait. That shows that the crawfish weren't even washed at any point.

I'm glad you said it and not me, but you are absolutely correct Lane. No such thing as pouring salt in water and purging crawfish. Yes we wash them 3-4 times in hampers to get all the bait and shad out of them, but definitely just wasting your time if you think pouring salt on them does anything more than wasting money.
