Missouri About to Make Some BIG Changes to Food Stamps… Welf

Saw a reggin at wmart last week with about 70lbs of ground beef and 10 cases of nasty lite in her buggies, i sarcasticly said " yall must be haveing a family reunion ", she said no, the ground beef was for her 2 pit bulls cause she couldnt afford dog food... paid for it with the yellow card...the dug out a wad of cash that would choke a goat to pay for the beer. I looked at the bioch and just shook my head!

Now that is beating the system!!!!!! From taxes to welfare if there is a way around it or loophole they know it. They are the smart ones and we just keep punching the clock paving the way.
