Breast out the goose.
Wrap the breast with bacon, and throw it on the grill.
When done, take it off the grill, eat the bacon, and throw away the goose breast.

Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, count to ten, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you wouldn't look good in prison stripes... and just smile at that dumbass and walk away.

Snow Goose ain't bad!
If you soak them breast fillets in evaporated milk and about a half a small bottle of Louisiana red hot sauce over night it really helps. Then slit the breast and make a small pocket in it. Stuff it with some fresh Jalapeno pepper and cream cheese, wrap with bacon and grill over hot coals until it's just medium rare. It is REALLY good like this.
