When you called a mod names we can delete the post if need be. I chose instead to edit it to mess with you, which you took the wrong way.

Why don't you go on the main forum and call one of the mods there a fat, short, stupid person and see what happens. :roll:

And I happen to be 6', 190 lbs, with an IQ of 147 and GPA over 3.0.

i will say that jeff was a little overboard here..... especially when the original post was in jest.... he does have a bad habit of abusing his moderating powers, edits my posts all the time, oh well... Maybe Gene is hiring ? :lol:

ok.. i don't remember what was said.. but i sure hope po monkey ain't leavin the sports forum... we need him i like his arguments... we are a very few lot that use the sports forum... hell with all the other bullchit on the main page i don't see why we have to be limited to the sports forum. we would get much better paticipation if we did..
plus some of the people (pariculiarly one individual who pushed for the sports stuff to be takin off the main page is never on there anymore...)

It's best for all the sports stuff to be in a seperate forum for everyone to stay happy on the main forum. To me we get better interaction on the main forum with sports, however there are times when sports posts cover the entire first page when it should be hunting related, since this is a hunting site. We probably got less than 25 people interested in sports on his board, no reason to put everybody's panties in a wad on the main forum over msu vs um and bummer vs. everyone else. :lol:

hell .. as for the main forum... just a couple of days ago i took the time to count the posts on the first page... wasn't but a couple of them even related to duck hunting.. i never thought it was that bad to begin with...

to me we got the same people on here and thats bout it...

in reality i like the sports forum, but i feel as if we had better overall participation when the forum was set up the old way..

i mean think bout it everthing under the sun is talked about on the main forum ..

Well we might as well face it, it aint duck season so there aint as many lurkers lookin for a place to hunt in our great state at the moment thus the decreased traffic and the increased off hunting topics. The summer time is usually like this as well as i can remember. I guess we've learned all we can learn from each other since it is the same ole guys posting. Just give it a little while bigwater, there will be a spinner post up in another day or so....never fails. As far as the sports forum goes i like it, even if it is the same few trash talking b/t MSU and UM and then weedwacker spouting out ignorance about bama.
