Unless i misunderstood, Orgeron said that Spurlock will sit out this weeks game against Wyoming and Lane will start, this will be interesting.

With surgically repaired left middle finger bandaged and in a metal splint, Michael Spurlock returned to the practice field today in full pads and took all snaps with the No. 2 offense, thowing for 2 TDs. Looks like Mike could be ready to go Saturday, if needed. No decision has been made yet on who the starter will be Sat. against Wyoming, although it most likely will be Lane since he has taken all the No. 1 unit snaps so far this week.

What a quick comeback by Michael Spurlock!!!! That young man wants to play!!!!

it's a week to week deal, but it's already been decided that he will not play this week unless something drastic happens...

something drastic has happened...... everyone underestimated how much mike wanted to play, including me, and i've been one of his biggest supporters since having class with him last year....

not only did he return to practice today, he looked pretty damn good

It's his non-throwing hand, it's not that big of a deal.

a broken finger doesn't feel good, throwing hand or non-throwing hand, the main thing i was worried with would be taking snaps, but he looked fine.....

Taking snaps with a finger that just had surgery has got to be painful. Which maybe that just means its Noel Mazzone's time to put him in the shotgun all game. Let MS be creative back there.
