Lane's problem has not been leadership or being tough, it's been his ability, or lack thereof, to pass, he has shown improvement in practice this year, but still leaves alot to be desired most of the time, hopefully he'll step up his game.
camlock, you use the same sn on rivals ?? you know what i'm talking about with all this, i'm probably preaching to the choir by stating where lane's inabilities have been.
Yeah, I'm on Rivals too...I think I have a 4 (camlock4) on there...I agree Lane has his faults, and they gotta be smoothed out for him to succeed, but I think they can. And I am not anti-Spurlock...I hate it for him, he was showing lots of improvement and promise..but no matter what he does, he's now only got part of a season left and still needs to improve...Lane has 3 years and in my eyes he is just as good now as Spurlock...sucks for Spurlock, but given the situation, time to do it for the team...or we will be in the same QB spot next season...nobody to know what to do and several that need to learn...that'll put us 3 years behind the 8-ball and in the league with State program as of late...
And I ain't bashing State, but you've lost 8 games 3 years in a row, it's fact and it has hurt your program....just how it is...we are looking at the same fate if things don't turn around...
