huh ?? have you seen an Ole Miss game ?? Spurlock runs for his life most of it.... the exception is alabama, who stayed back and contained his "run"

personally, i don't think either could find their way out of a wet paper bag at this point.....

Thankfully, after three more games, the comparison will be a moot point.

Flatt appears to be the next contestant on "Who wants to be the Ole Miss QB?". Spurlock, a senior, will not return next season. Flatt, a redshirt junior who will graduate this spring, has one more year of eligibility remaining. Whether or not he returns will likely depend upon how things shake our these last three games. Lane, a redshirt sophomore, has two more years, but likely will focus on another position and serve only as needed at QB in the future. Tapp, who is a true freshman, has not seen the field this year and is being redshirted. I have no opinion about his abilities or lack thereof as I have not seen him play much (other than a few plays during a fall scrimmage).

The Rebs will likely sign 2-3 freshman QBs and maybe one Juco ----Brent Schaffer, the former Vol QB. Should be interesting to see how all this shakes out. I don't care who plays QB as long as we win.

Who was the back up who came in at the end of the Auburn game. I thought he did a good job moving the offense. Of course that had a great deal to do with Auburn's defense backing down towards the end of the game, but he looked to be a pretty good QB.

flatt..... main thing against him has been mobility with our lack of offensive line..... reason he has not been the # 1.... reason MS was our best option..... AU still brought some heat at him, don't know how much they backed off, won't know until next game. IF the line can protect him, flatt can pass OK.... not great but OK.

At this point, I'll settle for OK.
