No doubt about it, and I gotta tell this story even if I don't have confirmation.
I heard that when they bought that place, it was a failed farming operation. They bought it, and turned it into arguably the best deer hunting in the state, AND turned the farm around, so that they are now making money while they hunt. If true, that's one hell of a deal.

The Hannons still own theirs. Word is if you shoot a buck smaller than 150 class, you get shown the door.
