What should the ground temp be for planting corn and milo?

55-60 degrees at 9:00 in the morning for 3 consecutive days.

The minimal soil temperatures required to germinate are:

Corn: 50 deg F (normally early to late March in MS)
Sorghum (Milo): 65 deg F (mid April in MS)

Soil temperatures should be measured early in the morning about 2 inches deep in the soil.
