Sounds good to me, I know of some who oppose raising it but with rising costs of things it's the only realistic thing to do. If I know it's goin to help mine and yours ducks, I'll pay it. Just like with the wma permits, as long as it's going to a good cause I'll gladly pay it.

Sounds good to me also, I know alot of folks who buy 2-3 stamps just so the money will go to a good cause
