Japan is coming out with a 103 inch tv. Sounds like a plan to me.

I saw a hunting show where they show you famous people's hunting room. Craig Morgan put up a tree log attached to ceiling and floor and hung his favorite climbing stand and that's what he uses for a chair. Pretty smart.

not economical. I wouldn't step close to a TV that costs $50,000. I can buy a damn good projector for a couple thousand and project a picture as big as the wall and still see everything compared to a normal TV.

I wonder how tall Mario would be on a TV that size.

An easy way is you want to use the tin idea. Go to Home Depot and buy new tin, get some Muradic acid and mopit on the tin with some water, it will rust while you stand there. this is how they did all the tin that is on the new Bass Pro in Pearl.

Ah, yes......the 'hunting' room. 8)

I've been trying to get my 'hunting' room in order.........but we have too much 'stuff'.....(it's a small room).

So, I'm using one bedroom for a 'gun room', and the rest of house has become the 'hunting' room (appropriate, since we're still 'hunting' for everything else we moved from the old house). :?

Anyway  ........I've got some old shotshell and rifle boxes, old Heddon lures, powder tins, my Grand Dad's wooden decoys, some of Anne's Dad's mache decoys, duck calls and some Sports Afield magazines from the late 50's. I thought I'd design / build an oak and glass display case and set up a little display of my old hunting memorabelia (?.....where's my dictiionary?). I could put Anne's Daddy's Parker and his model 12's in there, somewhere, too.

There's a long hall in the middle of the house ('ain't good for nothin' else! ) that I plan to adorne (clutter) with photos of our family (all the hunting dogs we've had through the years). I'll select a photo or 2 of each dog, have it framed, and put a brass collar tag at the bottom, with their name and dates on it. Then, I'd like to install some cute little track lighting to highlight each photo. There's 5 Brittanies and 1 Golden so far. Another Golden and a Quarter horse in the future  ......(yes, the horse points quail, too.......'not worth a damn on retrieving, though)

Then (since I finally have space for mounts), I'll hopefully start collecting some decent animals to have mounted. I'm gonna start with one of those 16-pound honkers........Oh yeah!.........'gotta have one of those ugly-a$$ exotic billy-goats they featured on the Outdoor Channel this weekend.......ya know.......you just walk up to them (while they just stand there, watching you) and plug'em in the butt with a over-bored 'wildcat' cartridge that's better-suited for an animal the size of a chicken. I wanna make sure MINE has really uneven, unsymetrical horns, though.

Then, I'll die  ......and it'll be somebody ELSE's turn to worry about what to do with a bunch o' useless old junk. Oh well.......'guess I'll enjoy it while it lasts......

Jim.....these are just some ideas......(and wharped thoughts) .

If you go with the stripper pole, you might want to think about adding a ATM machine.

For when your buddies run out of money after tipping the strippers.

When you add the ATM machine, require a cut of the fee charged by the financial institution to place the machine. Then you have a cash flow to pay for the strippers and up keep of your "hunting room" Listen to me on this, I'm a banker.

With friends like you have on MSDUCKS, who needs enemies.  We'll take care of you.
