I have had great success with the Acme ones. We have mostly whistling ducks out here though.

If you are refering to the 6-n-1's they are all about the same. They all look alike to me.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)

the duck commander one works fine, but it's way too big--i just use the small buck gardner brand now that came free with a call

Shouldn't you be saving your money for a new arrival??

You must be planning on all 'dem pinners coming back this year...I wouldn't count on it. Besides, I hear those jerk cords you can buy at Wal-Mart work as good as a whistle anyday.

Got a Primos roller whistle and it sounds great! Can't beat the Duck Commander mallard drake call. Just blow in it and it produces the same sound every time.
