Got ducks? You may want to go check..........

Postby kaustin » Wed Dec 13, 2006 12:57 pm

Hunted this morning near Crowder. The most ducks I have seen this year. 2 hunters 12 ducks by 7:15. We loaded up and went to check another hole near Marks. A lot of ducks in the air in that area also. Had both good working and high flying ducks. Hunted the same hole this past weekend and did not fire a shot. Maybe a few are starting to arrive. If you got the time, it's worth checking out your hole. Good luck.
p.s. For those that did not notice it was foggy

Wonder why ducks would be here like that with it so warm everywhere, even up North. I would have thought that there wouldn't be anything flying right now.

go look at the mallard tracking website. It's amazing how many have moved into the area since Monday, one is all the way down on the Louisiana coast.
