Crossgates Lake?
Guys I am somewhat new here but I have a question. Everybody is talking about there favorite public place to hunt so I would like to express my opinion. Crossgates Lake is super. Like most public bodies of water in the state right now we don't have many ducks right now. But when they are here it is awesome. You can't get them to leave. And the best part is there is literally noone ever out there. Anybody else like to hunt there much?

deltadukman, it was nice to meet ya on the bike trail the other day!!!!!
sure hope word doesn't get out, or next thing you know, we'll be dealing w/ too many hunters and have to go to a "draw hunt" or something smart like that.

If some animals are good at hunting and others are suitable for hunting, then the Gods must clearly smile on hunting.

from the sound of it i killed the same species last week we figured it was a hybred andplan on getting it mounted after Dr. Duckinator "aka Ramsey" takes a look at it for me.
