At this point the MDWFP will probably allow this crap during archery season, since its so "primitive" and shoots arrows and all.

Give me a break....

Honestly, this is no more absurd than the state of MS calling a newly designed (replica action) 45/70 RIFLE with a new scope on it and calling it a primitive weapon. It's not really differnt thana TC Pro Hunter or Omega or many other muzzleloaders sold now days with a 42mm scope on it being called primitive weapon.
