Had another good one this afternoon!!!! Saw more birds today than yesterday. To be honest, I really don't understand it. Two friends and I hunt all over the delta from Hillside to Schlater, from Schlater to Linn, from Linn to Lake Whittington and saw more birds on the BB this afternoon than any one hunt in the delta all year. Just one-of-those-things I guess. I'm staying on BB for the time being.
The water has fell inside the banks at HWY 407, so people south of me get ready. The ducks will follow the water. I need some more rain to keep them. Lets Pray!!!

You said that this ain't a 1 time deal. Don't know!!!! It could be OVER it could be just STARTING. Mega rain on the rapidly approaching in the entire MS river drainage area to add to the little that little that has theBB
flooded now; +the first really COLD....of the year. The constant run and gun over pressured Delta area, sanctuary history of the BB. No doubt, there are coming like a plague of locusts and the backwater flooding will last the rest of this season.
Only 1 option.....kill them things!!!!!!!!
\
ps: only you and I need to know about this, well yea, Lodi Rebel since he is the 1 who tipped us off.

all these people posting their spots (areas) and kills, what have it...are the ones ruining the sport...
Big mouth braggarts is all this is...trying to impress the anonymous internet scouts...
dont be suprised when next year, leases and dues are even higher...and your secret public spots are more crowded.

I don't have a secret public spot. We (My father and I) own the land and farm it. Nobody will drive anything for or from me. As long as we own the land I can talk about what ever I want to, cause more than likely it's going to be mine since I am the only child. I will talk about what ever I want to. Your just pissed because it could make your lease go up.

Ours is private. I hunt with a buddy and his brother which both live there. There father is the ranch-hand and runs the show. It's been owned by the same folks for more than 10 years. The topic is "Big Black" and that is where I am hunting as of right now and that is what I talk about in this topic. Sorry if it offends you.
I don't see how I am ruining a sport when I say what I harvest. It's the same as posting pics of your kills just without the picture. I hunt hard, I hunt long, and to have someone say I'm ruining the sport because I said I killed a few ducks at our place is somewhat insulting.
