What was said was either ban them statewide or not at all. I agree.
The main thing was the skyblasting. Place a shell limit on WMAs so other groups can have a chance to decoy and call ducks.

The problem is "ettiquette"... if a person gets up earlier than me and beats me to a spot on a 2 plus thousand acre impoundment then more power to that guy!

You are right about this one, but not all people think that way....I wish they did. I did not hunt Mahanna this year and don't know if I ever will hunt it again. Last year me and a buddy hunted it and from where we hunted back to the 4-wheelers his dog picked up 5 birds that were wounded (cripple). None of these were shot by us b/c we only shot 3 times a single it it dropped right in front of us. SO I would be in favor of the 25 shell limit on ALL WMA's and the ban of spinners statewide (or the entire flyway).

I live in S.C. where our wms have a 25 shell limit. it is enforcable by our gamewardens. wether rice feilds or flooded timber this has cut down on the skybusting.
