Need a substitute for Mack's P.W.

what is a good mailorder place other than mack's prairie wings that specializes in duck hunting stuff. i have been waiting for "customer service" to answer my question in the order it was received for 28 minutes. this is the 4th day in a row i have held for over 15 minutes. i like to support local businesses but they don't have what i want. neither does cabela's or bass pro. any good substitutes?

cabela's bought out herters or is the exclusive dealer for herter's products or something like that. whatever they call it, it's ordering from cabela's. i liked herter's though and hate they got subsumed.

In addition to the above, try Carolina Waterfowl Supply. Macks has had terrible problems this year, and has mailed a "were sorry" letter with a $15 dollar off coupon. If I were Macks I would can my web folks, and hire an inventory management consultant/communications consultant NOW.

I think Macks just changed their computer system, which may be the reason for poor response.

I waited about 12 minutes today..it will get better.

Macks had SERIOUS probs with their server and have just gotten the new one on-line. They should be "back in business" the way we like it soon....
