River question

Postby Estes Lane Hunting » Wed Jul 18, 2007 9:21 am

What are the laws again when a river floods and the rules of trespassing?I know this is an old subject and I know I saw it on here before but I never copied it or anything.
I have a friend that is arguing with me that he can go anywhere he wants when the water is out. You can't right?? :?:

Only trespassing if you have someone come out there and tell you that you are trespassing.

And you will spend a little time in the pokey for assault, or attempted murder......Call your friendly Deputy or Conservation Officer instead.
