I have a deer stand design that i have been making for several years, and it is the easiest to put up, light weight, most comfortable stand i have ever been in. i can make them fast and have little over head. i have had several people want me to build them one, but have refused to because of the liability, except for a few friends. I think i could sell these stands like hot cakes, what do i need to do to make sure i am covered and someone will not sue me if they fall, or if they install it wrong, or what ever!
any help would be great.

im not looking to start a buisness, not to sell deerstands anyway, sounds like it is not enough sugar for a dime, i'll stick to my current buisness, and just build buildings!

insurance policies arent that expensive, I have a million dollar one for my lawn care business cost me like $200 or 300 a year. If you need one get a 2million one because the way people are into suing these days the more coverage you have the better. One option may be getting them to sign a release paper taking the liability off of you.

Yea, like when they register their product, assuming that you are going to make a business out of it like an LLC.
Looking for 2 duck calls from Dominic Serio of Greenwood (ones for Novacaine)
