Out for Saturday :(

Well guys, everyhting was shaping up well for saturday. I had crawfish lined up at .80/lb (cost from a freind of mine), all the fixings, you name it then my partners wife went off and had a baby yesterday about four weeks early. Consequently he is going to be out of work for at least a couple of weeks and I am going to have to cover for him. That means my normal day off on Sat. is going to be a work day. I am truly sorry for having to back out on you all at the last minute, but there is no way I can get around it. If you all still want the crawfish, if someone wants to pick them up on the way up I can still get them for you guys for the price I listed above. However I think it is out of the way for someone to come get them, however if you all want to,you can borrow all my stuff and get the crawfish. Once again sorry about all of this, but I see no way around it, all the time off I take during duck season makes me have to work now. Hope you all have a good time, Sorry again, Jeff

That's too bad........I mean about you not being able to make it up here. Tell your partner 'Congratulations'. We'll try to get you up here again, sometime. I'm sure others are disappointed as well, but we'll be sure and toast your sorry ass!! :lol:

Well, way I see it is your buddy's wife was getting back at you for missing all those days during duck season when he was covering for you and not home with her......... :lol:

I got to thinking that something would come up and you wouldn't be able to make it. :(

thanks for the encouragment guys, this is the first time I have been on line since I posted that I couldn't make it. GH22 as far as something coming up, if it wasn't for an early birth, I would have been there with bells on and with crawfish. In fact am so sick of gnats down here I was actually looking forward to getting attacked by chiggers at randy's :lol: However my offer still stands about the crawfish if someone wants to come get em'.
